2022 Benefits Open Enrollment runs from 12/03/2021 - 12/23/2021
NOTE: If supporting documents are required for your election/change, AND NO DOCUMENTION IS RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS IN THE BENEFITS OFFICE, YOUR ELECTION/CHANGE WILL NOT BE APPROVED!
If enrolling a spouse – a copy of your marriage certificate must be provided within 7 days of your election.
If enrolling a domestic partner – a copy of State of California Certificate of Registration of Domestic Partnership must be provided within 7 days of your election.
If enrolling a domestic partner – a copy of State of California Certificate of Registration of Domestic Partnership must be provided within 7 days of your election.
If you are Electing Coverage, you will have the option to Elect Pre-Tax or Post-Tax deduction.
* All employees must update and complete 2022 PGD EE INFO SHEET come the New Year. PGD requires an updated form regardless if the information has not changed from previous years.
The 2022 IRS Form W-4 has not been released yet. Please check back - It will be posted as soon as it has been released.
* Employees who elect to change their withholdings on January 1, 2022 are required to submit a new 2022 IRS Form W-4. Employees who have submitted Form W-4 in any year before 2022 and not required to submit a new form. Employers will continue to compute withholding based on the information from the employee's most recently submitted Form W-4.
